 The small end is really good at close precise stimulation under the hood. It is also good on the hood, beside the hood and around the folds. It is not as daunting as it might look in the photo. It is made of the soft silicon and the stem is flexible. The tip is bigger than my nipple, so there is a good amount of surface stimulated. Don’t worry about holding it just right just try different angles until you find what is right for you. I especially like clit stimulation. And I was able to orgasm quickly with this pin-point action. The other end is made out of the same material so it is nice and smooth. It is thick a tapered to put pressure on your G-spot. Another great bombex product. So far in my experience their products have been solid performers and this isn't an exception. It's well contoured and feels comfortable in the hand. The smooth surface is sealed completely and makes for easy cleanup. The ball tip is firm yet flexible and does exactly what it says. The vibration on that end is very strong. The length of the device means that you will have to grasp it at the neck of the device instead of the body if you want more accurate control.

The opposite end's vibration is not as strong but I can only assume that you wouldn't want a jackhammer going down Diagon Alley, if you know what I mean. Both ends have the standard soft, medium, and strong but the other patterns vary depending on the end.
